2020年4月1日に予定しておりました入学式の式典を中止することにいたしました。

新入学生、ご家族の皆さまにおかれましては、新たな門出となる入学式を心待ちにされていたことと存じますが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の発生状況を踏まえ、ご来場の皆さまの健康と安全面を考慮した結果、中止という苦渋の決断をすることとなりました。こうした結論に至りましたこと、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

なお、入学式の式典は中止いたしますが、新入学生対象オリエンテーション等、他行事のスケジュールに関しましては、3月23日頃を目処に本学ホームページにてお知らせする予定にしておりますのでご確認ください。

Tenri University informs you that the Entrance Ceremony to be held on April 1, 2020 has been cancelled.

Incoming students and their families must have been looking forward to the Entrance Ceremony that celebrates the new beginning. However, given the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made an agonizing decision to cancel the ceremony in consideration of the health and safety of those who would have attended. We humbly ask for your understanding for our decision.

As for the orientation and other events for the incoming students, updated information and notices will be posted on our University webpage on around March 23, so please check the current status there.
