貢献性(他者への献身)をモットーとし宗教を深く理解して人間を根源的に見つめる人材および現代社会の諸問題に積極的に取り組む人材を育成するという目標のもとに人生と社会に広い関心と好奇心をもつ人、人との出会いを求め人の役に立ちたいと考える人を広く受け入れます。
宗教学科
1. (Skills) Those who desire to acquire information gathering skills necessary for religious studies research.
2. (Knowledge) Those who desire to acquire basic knowledge regarding Tenrikyo and various religions around the world.
3. (Thought) Those who have an interest in the basic teachings of Tenrikyo as well as those of various religions around the world.
4. (Motivation) Those who are motivated to actively engage in religious studies research.
5. (Attitude) Those who can understand other people’s religions and beliefs, respect diversity, and are able to live alongside those who have different values.
6. (Action) Those who can work in the local community and in regions both within and outside Japan with the spirit of “dedication to others.”
7. (Motivation) Those who have had experience in actively engaging in social activities and extra curricular activities, and have an interest in religion.

臨床心理専攻
◇具体的には次のような人を求めています。
In order to fulfill the educational goals of the Clinical Psychology Major, we seek for people with the following qualities:
1.(Motivation) Those who are willing to learn the significance of the current state of things through confronting people who are troubled, and supporting them by relating to each other.
2.(Attitude, motivation, thought) Those who are interested in grasping problems of the mind through human potentiality.
3.(Thought, knowledge, skills) Those who can learn the workings of the mind from a diversified perspective, and get an overall understanding by using a higher outlook.
4.(Creation, thought) Those who are interested in Ig in touch with their creativity, and deepen their discoveries and observation.
5.(Attitude) Those who can actively engage in researching psychology.
6.(Action) Those who are interested in contributing to society through professional careers of psychology.
7.(Action) Those who are interested in contributing to the regional community as a working member of society who has acquired the knowledge and training of psychology.

We specifically seeks the following:
-Those who aim to become a licensed psychologist;
-Those who aim to become a clinical psychologist; and
-Those who desire to acquire psychological accomplishments.
生涯教育専攻
生涯教育専攻の教育目標を達成するため、次のような人を求めています。
①「生涯教育」の意義や社会の中の多様な学びに関心がある人(意欲)
②自ら学び、他者の学びを支援することができる人(思考)
③社会教育主事任用資格などの専門性をもった職業能力を身につけたい人(知識・技術)
④人間や社会にかかわる現代的課題について関心がある人(思考・知識・技術)
⑤「生涯教育」を通じてよりよい社会を実現する方策を具体的に探求する力を身につけたい人(創造・行動)
⑥社会活動・課外活動などの分野で積極的に取り組んだ経験を有し、生涯教育に関心がある人(意欲)
試験は、総合型選抜、特別選抜、学校推薦型選抜、一般選抜、編入学選抜の各入試方式によるものとします。

6.(Motivation) Those who have the Ie of actively engaging in social activities and extra curricular activities, and have an interest in Lifelong Education.

社会福祉専攻
In order to fulfill the educational goals of the Social Welfare Major, we seek for students with the following qualities:
1.(Knowledge) Those who are interested in various issues of life in modern society.
2.(Skills) Those who can make diversified analysis of everyday problems, and are willing to acquire ways to support them.
3.(Thought) Those who have an interest in various issues of life, and ways to solve them.
4.(Attitude) Those who have an interest in the value and ethics of social welfare.
5.(Action) Those who have had experience in actively engaging in sports and cultural activities, and would like to make welfare their profession, or take action as a citizen with a social welfare point of view.
6.(Motivation) Those who have had experience in actively engaging in social activities and extracurricular activities, and have an interest in social welfare.
