文学部
高等学校までに学習した基礎的な学力を備えている人、文学部で学ぶ領域への深い関心と一定の知識をもっている人、自己実現への強い意志がある人を広く受け入れます。
We widely accepts those who have acquired the basic academic skills to be fulfilled by the end of high school, who have a deep interest and a certain knowledge in the subject area studying at the Faculty of Letters, and have a strong will toward self-realization.
国文学国語学科
国文学国語学科の教育目標を達成するために、次のような人を求めています。
①論理的に思考する力を身につけたい人（思考）
②日本の文学や言語に関する知識を身につけたい人（知識）
③コミュニケーション能力を身につけたい人（態度）
④新たなものを生み出す創造力を身につけたい人（創造）
⑤新たな知見の発信力を身につけたい人（行動）
⑥社会活動・課外活動などの分野で積極的に取り組んだ経験を有し、国文学および国語学に関心がある人（意欲）
試験は、総合型選抜、特別選抜、学校推薦型選抜、一般選抜、編入学選抜の各入試方式によるものとします。

In order to fulfill the educational goals of the Department of Japanese Language and Literature, we seek for students with the following qualities:
1.(Thought) Those who wish to acquire the ability of logical thinking.
2.(Knowledge) Those who wish to acquire the knowledge regarding Japanese literature and language.
3.(Attitude) Those who wish to acquire communication skills.
4.(Creativity) Those who wish to acquire the ability to create new things.
5.(Action) Those who wish to acquire the ability to deliver new knowledge.
6.(Motivation) Those who have had experience in actively engaging in social activities and extra-curricular activities, and have an interest in the studies of the Japanese language and literature.

高等学校までに学修した基礎的な学力を備え、日本と世界の歴史に対する深い関心と一定の知識を持ち、社会に出て貢献し得る自己実現への強い意欲を持つとともに、自らの考えをすすんで表現、発信しようと努める人を求めます。
We are looking for people who have a basic academic ability that has been learned until the high school, have a deep interest and certain knowledge in the history of Japan and the world, and have strong motivation toward self-realization who can contribute to society and proactively disseminate and express their own ideas.
考古学・民俗学専攻（2018年度入学者まで）
高等学校までに学修した基礎的な学力を備え、日本の文化と歴史、異文化に対する深い関心と一定の知識を持ち、社会に出て貢献し得る自己実現への強い意欲を持つとともに、自らの考えをすすんで表現、発信しようと努める人を求めます。
We are looking for individuals who are equipped with a basic academic ability learned until high school, have a deep interest and certain knowledge of Japanese culture and history as well as different cultures, have a strong motivation toward self-realization that they can contribute to society, and proactively strive to disseminate and express their own ideas.
